The handy rubberized case enables to safely hold the binocular and protects against shocks. The binoculars was designed for special Russian Marine Forces (analogue of US Navy SEALs operational group) and therefore, is very durable. Shock and dust proof, it can be dropped from about 3 m height and works after immersing into up to 2 m depth water. The binoculars is developed with regards to special tightness requirements which enables to use this binoculars under conditions of increased humidity. The housing is filled with dry nitrogen for prevention of condensation of the optical surfaces during sudden temperature drop. This binocular is based on the licensed legendary UK-made Avimo military unit and design sustained different climatic conditions from rough Antarctic polar snow storms and freeze to desert dusty storms and sizzling heat.
